Religion .. religiere .. reconnect

————————

Reconnect with your Self

According to the ancient historian Plutarch, “Know Thyself” was originally the admonition “Gnothi se auton” (“Know Thyself”) inscribed on the Sun god Apollo’s Oracle of Delphi temple in ancient Greece. [Who Am I-Blog]

It was Krishnamurti who made me aware of this etymology of “Religion”: Religion, Religiere, Reconnect. But with what are we supposed to reconnect, you might ask? For that I want to read the blog where I write about “Physiology of Meditation”. Because what I write now is based on the information you get in that blog.

Having established the next step for human kind is to get in contact with the body – reconnect with the body -, in that way that you to become aware of the streams that run through our nervous system. Because really our nervous system is a bio-electrical build that relies on sending information to the various plexuses we have in our body. The natural way for us humans to do so is the proven way of meditation.

Limbic System

And it doesn’t stop there. In order to make it somewhat more difficult I present you the notion that the Limbic System is the Pivot part of the nervous system. The part of the brain that converts thought/emotion into energetic/messenger information – and vice versa – in such away that our Conscious/Subconscious get into play and explains where the body/mind/spirit connection has its validity: Measurable, Real and Potential.

Becoming aware of this energy flow, making it real is what resembles the reconnecting with body/soul (Atman). One way of doing so is to focus on our breath and to do physical exercises. The pharmacological way is to use chemical inducers (drugs) of any kind. Those chemicals that can play beautiful tricks on our Consciousness and our Bodily Well-feeling, but not necessarily on our body/nervous system.

Reconnect through breath with Body/Mind/Spirit

So it is all about to become aware of Body/Soul. And that will bring us finally to the superseding reconnection with the Primal Sound (Brahman). Reconnecting with Primal Sound is really the next step for Mankind (Sri Aurobindo). And it has been ever since we started our existence as humans. People have many metaphors for experiencing the Primal Sound. I could name them but I choose not to. Because the way I describe things here is something you can have clean language about.

Having blogged this I wish you all the Best for 2008 and that you will find ways to reconnect with your Breath and ultimately with the Primal Sound!

Bux.to: Earn your monthly income clicking yourself a way

————————————————————-

You are here for a reason. And if you are like me you find yourself thinking “How can I easily and save earn some extra and save money?”. I found a possible answer to that question. Investigate this!

Imagine yourself earning a monthly income just by Surfing Ads. Wouldn’t that be nice!? Ofcourse you think “yep that will not happen!”. And yes, you are right. But now imagine you have help from others who also are Surfing Ads. And their Surfing-clicks are added to your statistics. Can you see that when you have many of these “Other People” your amount adds up easily to an amount you may wish to receive every month in your private account.

Yes, you can make this happen. Bux.to and other systems offer you to buy Surfing-help so that you yourself can manage how many un-referred Surfing-clickers you want and how quickly you get a higher monthly income you want to have. Now, to make that happen you might want to buy un-referred Surfing-clickers (referrals). And as you do so you will find yourself earning that easy income. Ofcourse you can do your thing to click you own Surf Ads.

Bux.to (and other sites) … offer you a means to earn your monthly income clicking yourself a way. You can do it to0, do you?

1. From your the Surf Ads linkpage select the website you wish to focus on.

2. View the website forn 30 second sessions.

3. After these 30 seconds, you’ll either get a green “tick” sign or a red ‘X‘.

The green “tick” sign means you’ve earned $0.01 for the visit ($0.0125 as premium member ). A red ‘X‘ means you have not earned money for the visit. For one you’ll get red X’s when you have more than one website from the Surf Ads linkpage open. When this happens, you get no credit.

After the green “tick” sign the link in the Surf Ads linkslist is being striked through. Meaning you can not use this link anymore for the day. Well when you bought yourself in as a premium member you find yourself earning $ 0,0125 instead of $ 0,01 per click.

I am glad we don’t get as much red “X“’s no more as we used to get. It was rather annoying, because I had to come back on another time on the day.

“Clicking can get somewhat addictive!” … Tell me something. Driven to earn some back I take the time to click every link … and you know what?! Every once in a while you really get to see an interesting site worth following through.

If you have the time and will, invest some energy in this project click this link to hxxp://bux.to

P.S. In order to get paid you have to sign in (ofcourse) and have a PayPal account, CreditCard.

Sensitization of the Nervous system: Activation of the Plexuses

Filed under: nervous system, sensitization, solaris plexus — quinten @ 8:30 pm

When I talk about sensitization of the various plexuses in our body in such a way they are coming to life they can contain and deliver the flow of energy throughout the whole body. From bottom to top. On the way to the top you find: sacral spinal ganglion, lumbal spinal ganglion, solaris plexus, spleen plexus, heart plexus etc..

When you have heard of Kundalini, activating these plexuses may be the physical aspect of the phenomenon of the rising of Kundalini.

When you have heard of chakras, these may be the physical centra that incorporate the chakras.

Until I have the evidence of this being the case. I state it by holding on to the “may be”.

The NEP Systemâ„¢: Neuroenergetic Psychologyâ„¢

When I think back I remember a workshop in 1993 by Richard and Shanti Duree that introduced me to this mechanism.

What I think I am saying here is that it is time for me to dig somewhat deeper into the feeling of this mechanism.

Hey, may be I will find enlightenment in the process. Wouldn’t that be great. Because somewhere in my unconscious I have this eager to find it out myself.

Experience it from bottom to top, to finally say … there is no may be … it IS!

Physiology of Meditation: Sensitization of the nervous system

Filed under: breathe, endorphins, kundalini, meditation, nervous system, sensitization — quinten @ 8:30 pm

————————————————-

Sensitization is an example of non-associative learning in which the progressive amplification of a response follows repeated administrations of a stimulus (Bell et al., 1995). An everyday example of this mechanism is the repeated tonic stimulation of peripheral nerves that will occur if a person rubs his arm continuously. After a while, this stimulation will create a warm sensation that will eventually turn painful. The pain is the result of the progressively amplified synaptic response of the peripheral nerves warning the person that the stimulation is harmful. Sensitization is thought to underlie both adaptive as well as maladaptive learning processes in the organism.  [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sensitization]

Atman: Breathe in and breathe out

Years ago I had my first trial in pubic speaking. The theme I chose to talk about was “Yoga”. And the two words that are still blueprinted in my mind are Atman and Brahman. In Dutch Atman has a strong relation to “Adem” (breath).

It is stated that Atman is the Soul (animation). Because … where there is no Soul there is no Atman. You get it: no breath, no life. It is that simple. Now there is some text on the Physiology of Meditation on the internet. Yet this text does not bring me where I want you to go in this story.

As you read more of my bloggings you by now know that I fancy Hypnosis. And as I want you to take notice of Tom Silver , I also want you to take notice of the machine he uses to show his audience what ”Alpha state” is.

Because this is the link where I want to prove to you that Meditation, Relaxation, Centering your mind are all techniques to train your nervous system to become sensitive. Even running can do bring you in a Alpha state because of the rythm of your running and the physiological changes that take place.

Why running you might ask? Well, everybody knows about the releasing of those endorphins while running.

Endorphins are polypeptides produced by the pituitary gland and the hypothalamus in vertebrates, and they resemble the opiates in their abilities to produce analgesia and a sense of well-being. In other words, they might work as “natural pain killers.”  [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endorphin]

Now Well-being might be the key to our happiness, if it were not that what you ACTUALLY FEEL is the real issue. That’s what quality is about. The more sensitive our nervous system is, the more we feel the “electricity”/Chi running through our body. We feel we have quality in our life. Yes, we feel alive. Don’t you agree?!

To go back to the beginning of mankind, it was breath - breathing - that was the first vehicle that gave us the ability to make our glands release those endophins. And it is still number One for meditators.

Kundalini syndrome

Now this sensitization of the nervous system comes with a price. They are described as “spiritual problem” DSM-IV. These physical problems are also known as the Kundalini syndrome. To mention one sensation: the feeling rising of energy from the bottom of the spine up and along the spine.

Positive sensitization makes us FEEL GOOD, and above that we get to “stop the world” (a mental given) in which one gets to know worlds that are beyond our view with “worldly” problems. Meditation also has great influence of your health … because of the sensitization. Trancedental Meditation has loads of prove of the positive effects of meditation on Body and Mind … what the hack … and on Spirit.

Brahman: the first Sound

It is this sensitization of the nervous system that brings us in a certain mental state. In this mental state we are able to contact Brahman. You know the first Sound that brought our world into existence. If not then you should know it is a well excepted notion that our universe is based on a frequency that is there from the beginning of time.

Captain Circe of Spaceship “Earth”

Neurology and mentallity are two sides of one coin. (Body/mind) Where the one goes, the other has to follow. And when we listen very good to the words of Sri Auribindo and with the words of captain Circe of Spaceship “Earth”.

This is our destiny! The destiny of mankind … to go inside where some men and women have gone before. To explore new worlds inside our senses, exceed and expend the mental boundries of our physical world.

I have to admit my first trial of public speaking was a disaster. I was terifieeeed!!!. The critique I got was that the subject was to heavy. I was talking out of my league. Well that may be true for that moment, yet I learned something that very useful in that it was the spark that made me write this blog.
